The staff was great. The room was great for the price. I used Priceline. The only criticism is the lack of enforcement related to wearing masks. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Customer service is very rude, I always stay at this hotel, never had a problem until I stayed at the one in Davenport, IA, I relocated from Chicago so I had to stay at the hotel until I find an apartment, I stayed a week, but needed more time cause I did not find a place to stay yet, so I called the front desk and talk to Dee, she stated that I would have to schedule a week ahead of time for an extension, but with my situation that is impossible because I don’t know when I’m going to find something. I stay at this hotel all the time, even in different states, so I am a loyal customer, but the way Davenport, IA location treated me was not right, so I will never stay at this hotel ever again. When I checked-in, I let them know my situation and they said it is fine, I can schedule an extension a day before check out, but now all of sudden they are full, they give their customers false information, like one person say one thing and another say something totally different, like they are not on one accord. I am going to file a complaint with BBB, and never book at this hotel ever again.

My stay there felt like i was not wanted. The rep there was extremely rude or had a bad day and didn't want to be there. Guests are suppose to feel welcomed i felt the complete opposite. It only takes one time for me i will continue my business relationship with Comfort Inn.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Couldn't shut bedroom door. Had to move the bed to get to the bathroom. The pictures are very deceiving we got a suite and thought it was going to be a nice size, it was super tiny. I had to sign something saying there was no parties allowed but there was a party going in the lobby with 50 plus people until 11:00 at night. I know there's lifted restrictions but it was ridiculous the pool had 50 plus people in it which I don't think would be appropriate without covid let alone when covid still exists. I brought my 14-year-old daughter there with one friend just to have intimate birthday celebration and it ended up being a disaster. Not to mention since we couldn't swim that night with the 50 plus people in the pool we decided to go in the morning when people would probably be eating breakfast, two teenagers in the pool area were drinking alcohol, smoking and swimming in their underwear. Not to mention the pubic hair floating on the top of the hot tub and a whole bunch of black stuff floating on the top of the pool. Disgusting. Definitely going to let corporate know what's going on there.
