The Waddle team truly went above and beyond to help me after the Derecho hit. They addressed issues with the insurance company and was able to get things fixed the right way with the right materials. They really worked to get the work done before winter. Even with the hold ups with insurance adjusters and material availability they were able to get the roof and gutter replacements completed in time.nGreat people. Easy to reach. Easy to work with. I called Waddle on 8/21 to get an estimate on my house for storm damage. They emailed me a document to complete and stated it would be roughly 2 weeks before anyone could come over .nnOn 8/26 A guy called from Waddle and could stop by in 20 mins to look at our damage. He showed up took pictures and I explained I needed to know how rough estimate it will be so if I pay it out of pockets or file a claim. He said I would have estimate by end of week.nnOn 9/1 Caleb called with no numbers however asking for me to sign a contract. I told him I had no problems in doing that however I need an estimate so I can file insurance or not. He acted confused and would follow up internally.nnOn 9/2 I had a lady contact me telling me I needed to sign a contract. I explained that from the very beginning I need to know rough estimate so if I file or pay out of pocket. Needless to say this first call; she literally straight up told me I had no clue how insurance worked or the process. Needless to say I was pretty upset for such accusations as she couldn't be further from the truth of what I did for a living. Nor was I going to sign essentially a blank check to start work if I didn't have their estimate.nn45 to 50 minutes later this same lady contacted me to apologize. I told her I am not asking for what I believe is anything outrageous nor anything that I haven't said since Day 1. She agreed Caleb and another gentleman would come over to do an estimate so we can move forward.nn9/14 I called and left a message on status as Caleb nor anyone else has contacted or stopped at my house. I received no response.nnToday on 9/21 I called to be told Waddle isn't giving 'free' estimates. That's great and dandy however I have been in limbo waiting on you since 8/21. When were you if ever going to notify anyone?!?nnThe run around is absurd with you!

Communication was outstanding, they took my information and details of the project then communicated through text on any updates. This made it really easy to get this project initiated and keeping us involved.

Waddle Exteriors was my first call after the April 2020 hailstorm damaged my Gutter Topper and roof ridge vent. Audrey has been very helpful and patient working with me and also with my parents, who suffered much more hail damage at their house than I.
