LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I purchased new gutters, downspouts, and filters from Leaf Filter in July 2020. Randy Szymanski was my sales representative and he was knowledgeable, detailed, and patient in answering all my questions. What made the difference in choosing LeafFilter Gutter Protection was seeing the product samples of their competitors. Randy brought 4 or more samples of what other stores and companies sell, and they looked ineffective and unaesthetic. By comparison, the Leaf Filter gutter and filter cover are elegant! The lifetime transferable warranty also was very important to me. The two installers, Tonch and Willis, arrived on time, worked for 8 hours with barely a break, consulted with me on a couple issues, and left my yard looking much better than it did beforehand! Randy followed up with me afterwards. I had to wait several weeks before it rained to test out my gutters, and they work beautifully. No rain spilling over the gutters as before! I was very Impressed with the thoroughness of the explanation and demonstration of this product. Installation was done in a very professional manner.

I did not like his high pressure. He would not accept no for an answer. He kept dropping price in order to get me to sign. I did not sign because I do not buy the first time. I ask for an estimate so I can compare. But they dont want you to think about anything. The demonstration was a joke, if a hose is held 3 inches above the screen of course the water is going through it. I got very tired of hearing him repeat everything and saying we want our customers to be safe. Also if he needs to check the roof, then he needs his own step ladder. He ask to use mine I refused. Overall dont buy from them, I can pay for someone to clean them for a very long time. $15,400 is too much for anyone.

Had Leaf Filter gutter n screens installed 2 yrs ago. Noticed water was cascading over the gutter for the top roof. Nico came a day earlier then scheduled and had it fixed in under 10 minutes. The installer had not done the cutout for the connecting small downspout to the second roof gutter n spout. Was very courteous n helpful and did not charge me since it was an installation problem. Very satisfied and pleased with the service.nFor those of you who think these are expensive, they are not cheap but I think worth it and I was given low payment, NO interest financing for 6 yrs thru Wells Fargo. On Saturday July 11, my wife responded to an email add to ask for a quote. She received a call within an hour. The salesman came to our house on Sunday, July 12. We succumbed to the high pressure presentation including a lot of fast talk and dropping prices until we bit. The gutters were installed Monday morning. After a gentle rain, contrary to the sales pitch, debris began to accumulate on the gutter surface. From other reviews, I'm concerned about the results during a real thunderstorm. We've made repeated attempts to reach the salesman by email and telephone with no response. A COMPANY TO AVOID.
