Still waiting 6 months later after the storm to get my roof done. Was told by Don right after the storm they were 3 weeks out to get my roof done. Called 2 months later in November talked to receptionist to see what was going on, was asked for contract and was told she would get with the guys and find out a estimate on date they would get over to so my roof and get back to me over email. No response emailed her back 2 weeks later and was told she didn’t know . Waited tell spring because I figured at this point I couldn’t find a available roofer in the area so I’m stuck. called back beginning of March same receptionist same run around asking to see contract telling me they will get back to me they don’t know what’s going on with the shop (REALLY?) No response. messaged back again a week after that told the same thing from receptionist they will get back to me.. still waiting 6 months later for my roof to be done

The crew was efficient. Mike was very fair with his price. Cleaned up afterward. We no longer have a leaky home.

Shoddy workmanship gutters leak installed by amateur workers, they don’t stand behind their work. Same to be said about siding installation not nailed properly nails and siding fell off

I was told by salesman 3 weeks out when I signed contract. Called at 3 week mark to get an idea where I was at. Salesman said I was top of workorder list maybe even that week. “Great, fantastic”. Another week went by called office they basically laughed at me and said I have only been waiting 3 weeks your gonna have to wait much longer then that. Salesman gets back to me says he has no control over scheduling and they are having problems getting shingles and couldn’t give me a time frame. Communication wasn’t lining up with what Salesman told me and the front office.. Cancelled contract with them as salesman only responded through text and told me to find someone else and hung up on me when I tried to call and talk with him about what was going on and getting a timeline. Very Unprofessional.
