Cedar Terrace

I wanted to say thank you to our management out here at Cedar terrace Mobile home for when my water heater went out after the Derecho I didn't have the money to fix it and she proceeded to tell me they have a program that they will help you get a water heater but you have to pay it back in installments and they were reasonable installments and they also had somebody here that could put it in as well for a reasonable fee and now that covid-19 is here I am on unemployment waiting for it and they are working with me for my lot right now she has given me a few places to go to and I just can't say thank you enough for all she has done

Their maintenance is unreliable still waiting for them to fix damages from the derecho

Great place and great community even through the toughest times they all stand together and join as a whole to complete even the impossible

Don't even get me started.
