All around a great experience here. Very clean rooms, with a great wall color. Beds are extra comfy, no troubles at all falling asleep here. The pool is open. Complementary breakfast was good even during covid times.

Very nice rooms and facility. Pool area also very nice. Breakfast looked good, personally didn't eat but my grandsons did.

When we checked in, we were hounded about wearing a mask. When I walked to the pool, the same front desk person hounded me about wearing a mask. When we checked out, no mention of wearing a mask.nThe room was clean and comfortable.nThe pool was clean and had a walk in steps. The hot tub was huge.nI'm a Wyndham Rewards member and I got this room for free with my points.nThe breakfast was awesome.n2 stars for the check in experience, 5 stars for the rest.nWe stayed here on 9/18/2020.n(they need to have a talk with the lady that checked us in, quit hounding people about wearing a mask). I understand where she was coming form, but there was a plastic barrier between us and her.

We had a great stay all evening and all morning until the manager came in at 11 and belittled us, degraded us, even threatened me with violence. We continuously asked him to stop and to please just let us leave and he kept going and going. The managers name is Seth Pompe. I highly recommend staying at the brookestone over this hotel.

Nice place for Algona. They had a real issue with key cards continually deactivating.
