LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I had Leaf Filter install their system on my gutters on7/29/19. A few months later I phoned them to tell them gutter was leaking and the screens they placed on gutters were crooked. They sent a tech who came and really didn't do anything. Wintertime came and the gutter leaked continually and I was told nothing could be done in the winter. I phoned Leaf Filter this week because we finally had rain and the gutter leaked. I was told that I would have to pay $95 service charge. What about Life time warranty??? I asked to speak with a supervisor and every time I call he is not available. I can't afford $95. Contract stated subject to a service charge after one year with no dollar amount indicated. Good deal for them, they can charge any price they want. Would not recommend this company.

We had very prompt service, every one was very respectful and professional. We were given an amazing price and the job was done for less than half what leaf guard quoted us and we got a life time transferrable warranty which just adds value to the home when we sell. Best of all - no more worrying about gutters!

Had these installed and yes they keep the leaves out but the fine surgical mesh gets clogged they told be that i had to keep it clean for them to work properly could of just cleaned the gutters would have been much easier

The worst customer service. Had a set installation date and they asked to come early because of a cancelation. They never showed up that date or my scheduled date. After calling them multiple times they insisted it was already done and verified with the installer (wasnt at this house) and was than charged despite not having had services provided. I had to call every 3 days for 3 weeks before receiving a vm finally with a new installation date 2 weeks later. Today they came and failed to clean up the gutter junk they left on the ground surrounding my house and covering my flower beds. Also they did not realign the crooked gutters as we were told was going to happen. Here is to praying the product works and doesn't need repairs because God knows if they would ever come out or get back to us. Overall I would absolutely not recommend.

It was great, the salesman did a wonderful job, then later the team came and changed all the gutters in just one day, very profesional service.
