Room smelled musty. Low water pressure in the shower. AC unit was loud and would not cool room. Guest were yelling until after 1 am and staff did nothing about it. Washer and dryer was out of order. Hot tub was out of order. King sized bed with twin pillow. I should have slept in my car. Please stay away from this place. The only reason it got one star was, it would not allow zero stars.

What a joke. The One ice machine broke. Hot tub drained. Contenial breakfast hours short in comparison to other hotels. Bathroom door had no lock. Stayed in many quality inn locations none like this. They are not doing the name justice to say the least. Rooms were okay but didn't always go in the correct number order.

Close to everything, not glamorous but was fine for a good price hotel for a family of 4 whose priority was getting to the beach. Quiet, pool was nice, had good breakfast and everything we needed. Staff was very friendly.

If there was an option for 0 stars we would certainly put that. this hotel was far from superb. the room was very nasty when we came in on our first night. trash still on the floor, used ear plugs on the night stand, and mold in the bathroom, not to mention the reaking smell of wet feet from the room. we asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned and the only thing that was done each time was the beds made and the towels changed out. each time the room was cleaned the trash and ear plugs that was there when we came in was still there. How this company feels they can charge big money for their rooms and be okay with it is beyond me, certainly not an honest room for an honest dollar.nnin conclusion,nDo not stay here. We come to Gulf shores every 3-4 months for the last 10 years and this has been the worst stay, Ever.

We were disappointed in the cost of the room vs the quality of this hotel. The AC Was broke in our room. We woke up to the staff vacuuming outside our door before 8am and keep in mind this is our vacation. The morning breakfast was horrible. We do not recommend this place for the prices.
