Room was clean, tv worked great, microwave, fridge and coffee pot! Great price as well. Bed was pretty form but you get what you pay for! Thanks for having a room for us last minute! Woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful! Man at the desk when we got there was nice as well :)
the room was awesome and very clean. new mattress on the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the staff and my stay.
I made a reservation for my employee to stay for a week. When she got to her room there was blood on the door, shades, and wall. The office refused to help calling me honey. I prepaid and they won't refund me $863.00. It is a disgrace. My employee said it smelled like death.
I booked a 2 night stay for 4 individuals online over a week in advance. Upon arrival we only had a single towel, wash rag and hand towel in the restroom. The room phone did not work to call downstairs so I had to use my cell and they did not answer for over 8 minutes. Our bed linens were not changed in between days. We did not receive our additional towels til over 15 hours later. The internet did not work the entire stay we were there, and the front desk simply stated there were too many guests and she can’t control the internet before hanging up on me. If you hold x amount of guests the owners should have the proper internet package to support a full hotel; it wasn’t that the signal for WiFi was poor or spotty due to usage, it was nonexistent the entire stay. I will absolutely not be recommending the location to anyone nor will I return.
Awful. Room was supposed to be non-smoking and reeked of badly covered up smoke. Beds/mattresses were old, broken down, and needing to be replaced. Fixtures all in poor shape (shower rod barely hanging on enough to hold curtain).
