Red Roof Inn Bay Minette

Worst hotel experience to date. It is of note that the receptionist was very kind and in the end helped us to get a refund on a non refundable booking.nnHowever the good ends there... the room had not been cleaned. There were large brown stains on both beds. The sheets and other bedding have obviously not been washed in a long time. The toilet seat was dirty with pee stains. Splash marks all over the mirror. We wiped the bathroom counter down and the wipe came away brown. Floor was so dirty it turned our feet black in a matter of minutes. TV did not work at all. Door frame was broken, as it had obviously been broken into several times. We complained and were moved to a different room, but it was even worse believe it or not so I know this was not just a one time mishap. As I’m waiting in line to ask for a refund, the people talking with the receptionist are complaining about someone in the parking lot and asking them to look at cameras. We just couldn’t stay and found a new hotel that offered an experience one would expect.nnRed Roof Inn, you guys really should look into this location. It gives your chain a really bad look. Also the room service maids name is Anna (as hand written on the card left in the rooms). She is doing such an appalling job cleaning that her “talents” are probably best suited elsewhere.nnReally sickened by this experience and how dirty this hotel is.

Customer service with a smile! Our rooms were clean, the cleaning lady gave us fresh towels and toilet paper as we liked every morning, as she went room to room.

Room was clean and quiet.I recommend bringing your own blanket. The hotels blanket is really thin.

Lol. Where do I start? Absolutely the nastiest hotel room I've ever stayed at! Hair all on the sheets and bathtub. Roaches. TV didn't work. No microwave. No trash can. Hair drier on the wall looked like someone just changed the oil in their car and grabbed it. Not even kidding.

Not terrible for a one-night stay. Super nice hotel manager, clean room, flimsy metal box spring makes for a VERY noisy bed entrance and exit. (Room 101)
