I love this pharmacy. These people are always helpful. During the worst of the covid virus they never missed any of my medications. They work very hard. If you are having a problem with thisnpharmacy, maybe you should think about your attitude.
They never have prescriptions ready quickly unless you're mad. I'll never use them again. This is the 5th time in the past 2 months. Terrible service.
Way too many times has my family been treated poorly at this pharmacy. We have stuck it out for two years due only to convenience. Today my wife was so mistreated that I am making sure to post. I will say that Publix grocery at this location is phenomenal always polite, courteous and professional. The pharmacy however, completely the opposite. They have no regard for privacy and make customers feel like they are a burden. I have personally experienced a shoulder shrug and a sigh when I asked a question about my prescription. I have transferred all of our prescription needs to another pharmacy.
The pharmacy has always been so helpful and friendly. The grocery store is great also. I wish there was a bit better of a meat selection though.
Pharmacy employees are ALWAYS rude! They make it seem you are an inconvenience for interrupting their personal conversations. I find it amazing how you can have such a pleasant grocery experience to just move a few feet to deal with some of the worst service you will ever experience.
