The pharmacy ladies were very nice and helpful.
Walmart pharmacy in Bay Minette takes good care of their customers. The staff is very friendly they greets you with smiles on their faces and goes above and beyond for their customers. These ladies are the BEST.
I had been very busy, and unable to pick up my prescriptions. So I called and spoke to the the manager, and explained that I would be there the next day to pick up my prescriptions. So I drove all the way over to pick up, only to be informed that the prescriptions were put back into stock. Even after I called and spoke to the manager. Who informed me she would put a note in the system so they would not be put back. No I can have them ready in a few minutes NOTHING. Avoid Walmart to get your needed medicine.
Walmart customer service in general is bad enough but the Bay Minette store is one of the worst of any i've visited.
