This has got to be worst pharmacy in our area which is surprising. The techs behind the counter are very rude. The main reason for this post is to tell people to actually count their pills. I get all my famalies prescriptions there because it is convenient with shopping. The past two months I have ran out of a particular prescription for diabetes. I called my doctor and he said that I shouldn't have run out so I checked the bottle. There were supposed to be 120 in bottle. There weren't. There were about 80 pills of metformin. I changed pharmacies. If you stay with publix COUNT YOUR PILLS.

Urgent care said prescription should be ready by the time I get to this pharmacy. I’ve been here multiple times and that’s never been the case so I ran errands to pass an hour before going to pick up. Waited behind ONE car in the drive through for 15 minutes. Finally pulled up and she said they didn’t have a prescription for me. I told her it had been called in about an hour ago and she said I’d need to come back in 15 minutes. This place is always slow or confused about your pick up.

We have all of our prescriptions called in to this Pharmacy. The employees are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem about timeliness or customer service.

Please repair card readers. It seems almost every time I go shopping the reader won't work. I then have to be escorted to customer service to complete my transaction. This is very embarrassing, makes me think of shopping at a different store.
