Awful customer service! Told me their supplier could not provide my prescription even though they filled it for 5 years. Would not transfer it to Amazon when requested. Called me to say it’s not their protocol. I told them not good customer service as they can’t suggest a solution. Their solution was to hang up in me. Very rude, unprofessional

I'm so happy that I can get my dog Rainbow's medicine from our pharmacy. I don't have to wait in line at the vet's office anymore. It makes me so happy.

I don't know what happened from 2017 and 2018-2019. It went from great in 2017 to horrible in 2018-2019! It's so bad, that I am changing pharmacies. My prescriptions are never ready when my doctor sends them in. I used to think it was my doctor, but I'm convinced now that it's Winn-Dixie Pharmacy. I went in the pharmacy to pick up my husband's refill I called in a couple weeks ago and kept forgetting to stop by and get. I was told it was not there and they will put in another order and would be ready in a couple minutes. Well, I did not want to wait and my daughter's prescription was not ready because they said they had to order it, so I decided to come back when her's was ready. The next day I called to verify all my prescriptions were ready and they said yes. So, I sent my husband to get them and when he went to get them, they said they did not have his!!!! Really Winn-Dixie. You're Fired.

I’ve tried Walmart and CVS. CVS was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in trying to get a script filled. I decided to try Winn Dixie and they have continued to give me great service. I use the one in Foley all the time and I’ve never been disappointed.
