Tried this Pharmacy for about 6 months. We are fully aware you can experience a not so great visit from time to time. However, their lack of customer service, medical professionalism, and prescription management have earned them a 1 star rating. My family and I will not shop here any further.
After having 3 horrible experiences I still decided to give them the benefit of doubt but upon arrival it took them 20 minutes just to clear 3 people in front of me in line then with 3 HOURS left started telling everyone they won't fill any more tonight. Looking around all I saw were employees goofing off and on their phone. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being treated terribly
I thought I'd try the Walgreens pharmacy today. Never again! I have them two prescriptions to fill from our local hospital. One was apparently unclear and they told me I'd have to drive back to the hospital and have it rewritten. They were too busy to make a phone call and get a new one faxed to them. I took it to my regular pharmacy at Publix. They filled it in a few minutes.
I moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens and they are a big part of managing my medication. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Monday, January 16th, is Martin Luther King Jr Day first and foremost. Get it right.
