The ladies are always very nice and quick! Great service!
Went to fill script. Had moved from Georgia. Old policy canceled. Medicare had new policy starts Dec. I am mature in age. I was shocked and confused over no coverage. Instead of handling with compassion the woman in pharmacy was very rude. She called manager. He actually leaned on counter flex arm muscles. Like a bouncer in a bar. So unprofessional. If he had touched me. I would sued. He threatened me refused to give me the females name. Horrible low class as usual Wal Mart.
I am always served very good by all the staff and especially the Pharmacist.
Worst ever 20people workin but it takes 2 hours to fill while they stand around playing watched them do this very bad place they dont care for the people at all Robertsdale or Fairhope even gulf shores better lol
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I dropped off a prescription to be picked up the next day. They texted me saying it was ready & when I went to pick it up they had to refill it because they lost it. You people really need to get it together.
