Terribly disappointed that the cashier decided to call into question my direct request for being rude- indeed, to the point that other people stopped to gawk in order to see my response. Customer service begins with ensuring everyone, including people with disabilities, are comfortable. They failed miserably today. Vacuums make children with sensory issues uncomfortable. I expected to be checked out without excuses and additional wait time when we made the choice to stop shopping. Instead, we had to wait until the vacuuming ended. No, I was not rude. I was matter of fact. I don’t like excuses. There is a difference and instruction should follow from leadership on these points. Annoyed and disappointed is an understatement.

The cashier at night always has a sunny disposition. He’s always been friendly and proactive. We also get our prescription medicines here and i love shopping for my cosmetics in this store too.

Waited for CVS to open at 8:00 am to get prescriptions filled for pain & nausea for kidney stone (just came from ER). Irritated Pharmacist said he was the only one available and wanted me to wait until 9:15 when other employees come in because he had prescriptions to fill from overnight even though I was the only customer in the store AND all the while I’m in dire pain. I went across the street to Walgreens and only had to wait 15 minutes. Poor customer service and NO empathy.

Love the pharmacy staff here! Make my visits super easy and quick, especially with receiving the flu shot!
