3 phone calls to this local Walgreens pharmacy in daphne, over an hour on hold... 3 times I was hung up on just as other have said..nnI go to chat with corporate on the walgreens website and over 100 people in the chat queue ahead of me. Today is the last day of doing business with Walgreens. I've been to this location when they have had one lane open and 15 cars in the pharmacy drive through line, not even joking. New management maybe? At this point it might not be fixable so a new pharmacy it is.

In person it’s 50/50 on how helpful they’ll be. You can FORGET using the phone, I stayed on hold for a total of 45 minutes over the course of two different attempts at calling them (both times was hung up on). They had a vital prescription for hours before even putting it into the system. I could understand taking a while to fill it but with it not in the system I start calling doctors and such to see if it’s even been sent or is at the correct pharmacy! Honestly, I’ll be switching to the CVS across the street because this is NOT the first issue I’ve had with them.

I love my little Walgreens Ryan always knows my name and in a town the size of Daphne that means a lot to me! Super sweet and so helpful!

Our insurance changed 1/1/20 so we moved all our RX’s to Walgreens from CVS. First time I went in to get set up the staff was super helpful and friendly. Delphine (not sure that name is correct) took several minutes getting my new info and setting me up with text alerts etc. Thanks Walgreens for making the transition so smooth. ud83dudc4d

Can never seem to run insurance consistently. Sometimes I pay $0, sometimes I pay $4, sometimes I pay $6 for the exact same prescription, then fight with me when I explain how they need to run it. Moving my prescription somewhere else.
