Because of their incompetence in being able to correctly obtain my credit score, which is GOOD. I was forced to pay $385 to change service to my name. I wish Alabama Power were in this area, because they have great customer service and know how to CORRECTLY run information. This seems to be a crooked company out for themselves and nothing more. I am sure this will be very unpleasant to deal with while we live in this area. I do not appreciate being made to look like I have horrible credit.

Completely appalled that power was restored at my rental property, against my will through pay as you go power by someone .with no references what so ever! After following all the steps given to me by EMC representative. Brought in a Property Deed, and letter stating no one other than myself would be allowed to apply for power to be restored. Now I've been told to wait again for someone to contact me!!!
