I have been very pleased with the install on my sewer service. All of Baldwin county sewer employees from the first lady who came out to explain the contract, to the electricians, to the plumbers, to the great guys who pumped the septic tank frequently until the new system was installed we’re all top notch and professional. They did the job exactly as promised left everything neat and clean. Very good quality work! Looks nice and no damage to my property or the subdivision property. In fact, the right-away area might look better than it did before the now that they have smoothed the dirt out and sodded everything.nnThanks again, this has been a very easy transition and great experience and now my sewer issues are fixed for good! No more septic tank pumping, nasty stopped up field lines, or unsanitary sewage in the backyard ever again!
Thankful for this company, Jenny was a joy to work with and the crew was very careful with the installation. My house is over 100 years old and had an ancient drain system top keep water from under the house. The crew discovered it and took great care to be sure everything was properly done with the installation & hook-up to their service. Thanks! :)

I wonder what the attorney general's office would think when they hear that a utility company doesn't send a monthly bill of service to a customer then proceeds to send a disconnect notice?nHmm?n6 months of complaining to receive a bill has fallen on deaf ears.nI wonder how many other customers have this same issue with not receiving a bill, but receive a disconnect notice.nI guess the Attorney General can find out for me along with my lawyer.
