Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Birmingham Colonnade/Grandview

I work online doing a public video chat with multiple different social media platforms so the room that I'm in has to always be 100% flawlessly clean perfect and nice and they have a beautiful setup in their rooms and sweets so I had been wanting to stay here for a while to broadcast publicly from here but you're going to kick him there was some problems on the hotels end and my bank they authorized my card for the amount of room tax and their incidentals but they kept telling me that my card was declined knowing it was not declined I reached out to my card services department from my bank where they told me that the charge had been approved and that the hotel had already gotten their money for me they argued with them back and forth that they had already got their money and they told me that they had not I had to wait for a manager to come in so this was a two hours I said in my car not waiting on the manager but during the whole process I waited on the manager for 20 minutes then they had to speak with my bank to get a code or something or another they are fine the authorization of the $120 I paid for room and tax and then they gave me my keys and I went on about my business to my room so not a huge issue but very frustrating and I had to sit in my car the whole time back and forth dealing with these people I don't know I love the place it's clean it's nice it worked out the rooms are great but just wish I wouldn't have had to have dealt with the unnecessary drama on there computer system end

Had to spend the night here due to our bathtub being redone! Our room was gorgeous! Very clean & spacious, everyone was nice and accommodating! Bed was very comfortable, two huge TVs, spending the night felt like we were away in vacation even though we live just around the corner!

Very beautiful ud83dude0dhotel, both inside and outside. I love the interior decoration throughout the hotel, the rooms are cozy and comfortable too.

I stay was great outside of my Bill my receipt said $75. then my final bill came in pdf once I left with Birmingham state, city,tourism taxes so why wasn’t all these taxes added before on my original receipt $91.00nOutside of that I enjoyed my stay the staff was great

I didn’t get to stay this weekend and had to cancel because of an emergency. I called the morning of and wasn’t told that I would be charged. Being a faithful Marriott rewards member I’m disappointed Eleuthera thus hotel. Management and front office staff didn’t seem to care. It’s awful that I’m already struggling financially and had to travel to see a family member that’s sick. Shame on the Marriott team for not understanding.
