Despite what people say negatively about this place, during my stay I seen non of it. The staff was very professional and nice to me. The stay was good and if you need a place to stay in Hoover I would consider this place.

Very rude attendance..No heat..had to buy our own heater...cut on the blower dryer and 2 second later we was in the dark fort 2hours..they said they wouldn't call a electrician or give us another room cause the was booked..but we booked our room 2 and a half months in advance..anyway After agrueing with then about the power one of the guys decides to swoop breakers out and finallyy power ( but missed our reservations)..had to go by a me blow dryer cause theirs wouldn't work after that...the needing was nasty and the room not clean.. I had to go buy my own cleaning spray to clean the room and bathroom and stuff before we could even use it....pictures of all...oh and dead bugs...their heater was prompt up on wooden blocks and only blowe cold air. Urine on the toilet seat hair on the toilet lid and trash in the bathtub the tray for the Ice Bucket look like it had mold on it. And as you can see and wonder pictures we had no way to really lock the door because there was no lock on it, the threshold came apart and almost made me fall and hit my head on the toilet .you can see the dead bugs bed sheets have black stuff all over it .we had to go buy extra blankets the lay out and cover up with to try to stay warm it's just not a place I will recommend.. we have stayed there many times before and it was never this way but it's Under New Management and I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there until they got new management run in it.

It was a nice hotel minus the lack of toiletries and the fact someone seemed to be inhaling something they shouldn't be and we kept smelling it through the vents into our room. Otherwise it was ok for what we paid for the few days we stayed.

They don't seem to like to answer there phones just called like 5 times to try to get a room and to see if there were any available. But nope can't do that because no one there wants to answer there phones just lost a customer thanks

Hated EVERYTHING about this DUMP! HATE HATE HATED IT!
