Worth the price if you dont mind noise. Want a more quiet experience spend the extra money. Overall fine if you need a place to stay.
5/5nNice staff and the beds we're comfortable. Plus a nice view.
After booking Online and paying in full for a 2 night stay, I arrived late in the evening and the Desk Employee Trish had to be called twice by the WoodSprings answering service to come down and check me in. After waiting 20 minutes for her to come down she didn't even apologize once for the wait. Then she acted like she couldn't find my reservation, even though I gave her my confirmation number and Everything used for the booking. I was told that I couldn't stay even after paying and booking in advance. She wouldn't even call anyone to even try and help with situation. She was rude and had the worst customer service skills I've ever seen at a Hotel. The absolute worst!. When I asked her who I needed to speak too about getting my money back, she went on and on about she had no idea who to call or ask and there was nothing she could do. Don't waste your time here. Spend whatever extra money you have too and stay somewhere else. Its not worth it. I still haven't gotten my money back from them.
