BEWARE!!!!!I was robbed by this hotel. They kept my $100 security deposit even tho, i pretty much cleaned my room myself the last day that i was there and nothing was destroyed. My credit card was charged a $100 (a $20+$80 transactions) that was later refunded back to me for a comforter that was returned to them. And also the cash deposit that I was charged hasn't been refunded to me. Although I've reached out to not only the management staff but also the owner of the establishment nothing has been done to rectify this situation or reimburse me my money. One would think that after dealing with a company long enough to become a Platinum member that they would appreciate your patronage to the point where they wouldn't be so nonchalant and dismissive when it comes to things of this nature. Sad to say but i wont be staying here anymore. And I WILL spread the word and let everyone that i know to stay away from The Quality Inn on hwy 280!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
Drink machine gave me a Pepsi when I pressed Mountain Dew. This prepared me for the harsh reality of traveling. Room was nice enough and coffee was drinkable, never got bothered during my stay.
Great hotel ! Clean and has a nice pool. Christa is the most awesome front desk attendant! She makes the stay comfortable!
This hotel is an absolute joke – from the cleanliness of the room to the noise level to lack of hot water. Do yourself a favor, don't stay at the Quality Inn.
Horrible experience, I let the front desk know that Housekeeping took 2 towels from my room, Right away I’ve been accused of stealing those towels and they charge me $70 for the towels ! and then they canceled my reservation! And had me leave the hotel ! Worst place ever
