Very nice glass building. The glass we believe makes the rooms very cold. There is also an old smell in the rooms. Other then that we loved the rooms! Bed was very comfortable just needs a blanket! We bought our own. Nice little coffee maker with tea options! The remote didn’t work so I had to operate in by the tv. But we only watch one channel, so that didn’t bother us as much! Great room for the price! Old hotel but still working well! Also remodeled quite a bit!nOh yeah be prepared to pay for parking! And they except a deposit of $60 dollars that’s take 3-5 days to credit back. Also watch card charges from your bank cards from this place!

Room was clean and quiet, very nice location and huge window in the room. Front desk and valet teams were great - only complaint was the restaurant (went down for a coffee after no answer and it was a bit discombobulated and only 1-2 tables filled - they don't do lattes?) lady who helped me get my coffee was efficient and polite.

I had room 1416, Everything was amazing! How is this place not 5 star? It is very clean, nice, and room service is great. I am not sure why the amenities on here are like that, but they are wrong. Staff is very nice, welcoming, and you can tell they're professionals! How could you leave a bad review on this? The pool is fun too, on the roof top part of the hotel right off of the gym, on floor 4. It is a very quiet and relaxing place. It is connected to a mall, that has EVERYTHING! The location is near a ton of places to shop eat, and entertain yourself! Hope you have a good stay :) (don't see why you wouldn't)

WOW!nAs things open back up my group needs hotel meeting space. Paul and his team were able to provide an excellent event space for us. They worked with us to provide a safe environment for attendees and helped us meet our internal safety guidelines. I highly recommend calling The Wynfrey for your event needs.

It was very clean but had a wet smell. It was booked for the event we attended however we were able to purchase rooms through booking.com. I was charged a different price than my reservation. When I questioned the amount it was not explained clearly. I did love the accessibility to the mall, restaurants, and other shopping stores but for a basketball tournament and just a standard room I felt I paid too much. Room service was great. No one came to the room due to Covid rules but we were advised to contact the front desk if anything was needed. Depending on the time of day and number of guests there can be a wait for towels. Overall it was a good stay. Oh I was not used to paying for parking which was also a separate charge so just more add ons to the cost of the stay.
