This place is clean and nice I would've rated a five but the hot water knob would only turn half way not allowing hot water to come out good thing I rented another room for my step son cause that's where we showered at when I called down to front desk the lady apologized and said she would get maintenance to look at it that day (to bad we only rented the room for one night) if I wouldn't have rented the other room guess we would've had cold showers. Employees were nice at front desk
If you want a fridge and microwave in your room you need a Superior room...but the room itself was pretty good. Edited to add a comment to the obwer/management after seeing their reply....I actually did have a superior room with a microwave and fridge, I just wanted others to be aware so they can book appropriately. Thanks!
I get here to check in, I’m immediately put on the ride hand side of the building where it’s heavily congested, there’s nowhere to park. I’m then put on the 3rd floor, where I have to walk nearly half a mile it seems just to get to my room where I find out that my keys don’t even unlock the door. I’m put into another room. Paid for the king “deluxe” room... there’s nothing deluxe about it. The furniture takes up nearly the entire walkway between the bed and dresser. The room DEFINITELY has been smoked in recently. I’m writing this review at 5:00 AM the following day and it still reeks. Is it a cheap stay? Definitely. Would I ever come back? You couldn’t pay me to.
This is perfect for what I was looking for. Staff are great. Polite. Just a pleasant experience for us altogether. Highly recommend.!
Very nice place!nClean rooms, quiet, very friendly staff even though they were being yelled at and insulted by other guests.nOnly issue I had was I am partially disabled with a service dog and was put on the 2nd floor and only had 1 pillow But nothing we were mot willing to deal with!
