Closed the pool (indoor)for the rest of the day cause of a storm... I paid for the room to swim.nRestaurant didn’t have but half the stuff on menu.nThe menu was limited , only burgers , (not Jeff’s but tom’s)nachos , or chicken tenders ...nThe carpet was terrible stained and wore out...nRoom is out dated 720 TVs, coffee maker didn’t work, and the closet door wouldn’t close ..nnThe front desk people was nice and helpful both shifts...nNight lady and morning guy at the bar awesome ..nRoom was clean , stuff cleaning wouldn’t help ...nI called a dozen place..nI picked this place cause of the indoor pool...nI wish it was weather monitored on opening ...nI checked innAsked about the pool she said no lock the door now...nShort an not so sweet...nnOvercharged as well...nnRoom was suppose to be $116 plus taxnI got charged $158 an changennI will not stay here again with the choices around this area ...

Mostly Clean property hair in bathroom but otherwise very clean. Pleasant staff. Room remarkably small. Would have felt cramped with another person. But well designed and up to date furnishings.

Surprisingly clean and very professional staff. Thank you Paola at front desk, from Argentina. She was friendly, and extraordinary. The H. I. Vicksburg MS should take their staff here to see how a great HOLIDAY INN is managed!
