I have stayed in some 4 and 5 star hotels, but none have been to my liking as Holiday Inn Express hotels, and this one is no different. The room was great. The shower was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very courteous, as I had a good conversation with the fellow working the counter. The only complaint that I have is that our heating/ac unit rattled at times. Thankfully, we bring a box fan with us everywhere we go, so it was able to somewhat drown out the noise. Overall, we highly recommend!
Clean rooms! Friendly service. Mediocre, but hot breakfast.
The room smelled like sewage, the furniture was so dirty and worn in the lobby and in the room... everything just seemed so dirty but the worst part was the horrible smell!!
Furniture stained and out dated. Desk chipped and pieces broke off. The breakfast is a joke. Cereal and muffins. Frozen sausage biscuits. Nothing like what they advertise. Broken tile in elevator with a traffic cone over it my whole stay. Wouldnt recommend staying here. Private owner and it shows.
Ms Olivia at the front desk was so helpful and, overall amazing during our stay.
