The employees are very nice and helpful, they actually gave me a card to unlock my door after I locked myself out with no charge. They’re not trying to make every dime they can off people like some other places. The only complaints I have really are the flat pillows and how online it says breakfast is included. I’d assume that is the online companies that share the locations bookings fault for not keeping up to date on these services since COVID. Anyways it’s an amazing place as long as you bring your own pillow!
