Room was clean and comfortable, but it was missing paper products, and TV and refrigerator didn't work. Hotel parking lot is dimly-lit, there is only one elevator for the whole hotel, and the hotel has a strange set up, with the lobby location being hard to locate. Staff and housekeeping were both nice and helpful, and were responsive to requests. We were in town for an athletic tournament and weren't in the room much, so it served our purposes.

I have stayed in a few hotels but I have never been in one that didn’t have a microwave in the room. Since I was going to be there for almost a week, I bought prepackaged and home cooked meals (thinking I could warm them up in my private room.) Nope. Had to go to the main floor each day and sometimes wait in line to use the small microwave. I was very disappointed. My significant other said he has been in hotels where there were microwaves at least on each floor. I ignorantly assumed all Marriott hotels has microwaves in the rooms. Also, we ran out of supplies, I saw a housekeeper in the hallway and asked if she could bring the items to our room. She said yes but never showed. Maybe she forgot but we waited and ended up having to go to the front desk. The microwave thing was big for me. Perhaps in the future, one could be placed on each floor or maybe, just maybe in each room.

I have stayed at Courtyard hotels all over the world (I am a Titanium Bonvoy member) and have not stayed at one I would rate less than a three before I stayed here. We had to move our first room because the air conditioning did not work properly, which is not a big deal. The second room was fine until we went to take a shower in the morning. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were all completely empty. I love the idea of using dispensers rather than individual bottles to reduce waste (which hotels love because it also reduces their costs) but don't they think to keep them filled?

Awful hotel! So outdated, dirty, and insanely hot. A/C barely worked. Had to open the room door to let air circulate. Toilet didn’t flush. Shower didn’t drain. Standing water in bathroom floor. Great location but would pay double to not stay here again!
