Room was a decent size. Large bathroom. Ceiling fan in bedroom was covered in cobwebs, fire alarm was barely hanging from ceiling. Sleeper sofa very stained and had dirt piles. Very musty smelling room and uncomfortable bed with thin pillows. Reserved for two nights, but will leave in morning and go somewhere else.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and sanitized. I have stayed in several different hotels over the years and I can honestly say this one is my favorite so far.
I had stayed here before a few times with no problem, but this time I got a king suite. To start off, the room was handicapped and the shower only came out of the bottom spout near the drain, I tried to call the front desk to ask how to turn it on, but the phone didn’t dial at all, there was no hot water for me to even take a bath, the outside door key reader (immediately downstairs from my room) does not work, there are no coffee cups in the kitchen, the fire alarm is barely hanging on, and the front desk had the door closed and when I knocked on it to be opened they acted like I was literally the last person they wanted to see and that I was a huge inconvenience.
We booked a suite and the room was very clean, well stocked, and the staff were all great. Could use a little updating, but definitely worth the price. Felt very safe and secure. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Although it wasn't their fault per se, there was no running water in the hotel. Never could get an ETA and I had my elderly parents with me so we eventually had to find other accomodations at the last minute. They appropriately did not charge us for the inconvenience.
