It was better than I expected. Nice bricked building with fresh paint and good landscaping. I liked the staff. There wasn't any drama while I was there. I loved it.
Extended Stay is usually my go to place, because I prefer to cook. This is my 2and stay at this location and I love it! Its quiet and comfortable. The guy at the front desk is always pleasant. Calling me by name when I come in and you haven't worked at this location long AND it's only my 2and visit? You have my business forever lol. With my first visit he got my dishes to my room before I could get to room. That's GREAT customer service! I appreciate the kindness. He said he try to make sure everyone stay is pleasant because you don't know what's going on with people. I believe firmly in that. I'm grieving my mom who passed 5months ago and kinda bouncing around. You dont know how refreshing it is to know your sleeping somewhere where the people care even if it's just a little bit!
My stay was absolutely amazing!! Shirley was honestly so helpful and seriously made our stay so great!! This lady deserves a raise for sure! her customer service was next level!! Thank you so much!

Room was clean and bed slept very comfortable. Furniture and appliances in kitchen in room needs to be updated and replaced. Hotel should get new brand of soap. Soap was old, crumbles up in your hands. Not usable.
