Check in was quick and easy. Rep was very pleasant. The room was very clean, advanced technology. The hallways were a hot mess, looked like a bad leak but they were taking care of it. Several large buses and full rooms but breakfast was plentiful. Check out was a breeze. Will definitely visit again.
My stay here at the Hyatt Birmingham Inverness was fantastic. I live in Florida and had work in Leeds. I've been to this Hyatt 2 different times and it was great. Mainly because the staff. The GM at this location is out of this world great. Every single day I see her she greets me with a smile. Since the day of check in shes been more then helpful with every aspect of my stay. Thank you so much Delphine Gaines. Continental breakfast is great as well. The rooms we're comfortable and clean. I will definitely be staying here as long as I have work in Leeds.
The staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was pretty clean but I could tell cleaning staff weren't particular about their duties as I found tape from balloons on wall and some food stuck ib carpet.
Front desk employees very nice and friendly. Place was clean....even the elevators. They don't come clean your room every day which is a big plus in my book. If you need extra towels they will provide them.
It was very much worth the stay,very very nice and clean,the staff was very professional and generous,if I were to travel to Alabama again in the future very highly recommended....
