Front desk staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were very spacious for a family of 4 with teenage boys. Rating would have been a 5 but they took a extra $100 taken out of my account for a smoking fee. Which I didn’t smoke in their room at all. Mr. Patel, the owner, is very unprofessional in handling situations and talking to his staff. If I smoked in your room the charge should’ve been $250. So where did the $100 fee come from. I’m in the process of trying to get my money back. He probably smelled that nasty smell coming from the fridge that woke my son up asking what that smell was. Plenty of nice hotels around the area don’t stay here, parking is terrible.

this is a great hotel to stay at whether you are in town or out of town. The crew is amazing, keeps everything sanitized and they always have me ready when i go to the front desk. the manager Amit is amazing.

We are traveling home to Virginia and stopped to get some sleep a family of 6 I love that their was enough room for us all 2 queen beds and a pull out couch! It was nice and clean had everything we needed fridge,microwave,coffee maker, and the staff was very nice! Worth the money will stay again!

it was good because the staff was friendly and helpful. it needed more deep cleaning and i personally had a very strong reaction to something in my room waking up each morning with a headache and very stuffy in my head. I. spoke to Paula, who is a dear lady, and she found m a humidifier. That helped some. I had to remind her about things she needed to get or do but she was polite about it. The other thing was the carpet needed a good cleaning, the walls were painted but didn't look professional. long painted stroke over top of white areas. and one wall plug was broken. My sister asked for a sheet and she was given an extra one since we stayed a few nights. It had a tear in it on one end! Also when I asked for things the staff were quick to get towels etc but the Manager said things then forgot it. She told me I would get a discount on an extra room we rented since we had to ask for it to be cleaned before use and she never followed through on it. I also think consistent training with the housekeepers would help. The dehumidifier I was given to help my allergies was really dirty inside when we went to dump the water. One last thing no milk for cereal or grits or oatmeal. Overall it was a lot of hassle to get what we needed. People there were nice but these people need to do better in cleaning and changing filters routinely etc,
