Our room had hair in the bed and in the shower. Saw ants in the bathroom on the second floor. They got us a new room with no problem. I appreciated that... but that room had an empty box of tissues in the bathroom and when I wiped down everything in the room with antibacterial wipes I brought, the amount of dirt that came off from things like the arm chair and desk chair was disturbing. The property and lobby seemed to be well kept. They definitely need some help and/or maybe some proper training for the housekeeping dept.

Wonderful staff. Clean and very modern rooms. Pool and fitness room were perfect. Breakfast was pretty standard but many hotels have abandoned it all together due to covid, so the fact that they had one at all was much appreciated.
Great place, was checked in by Pat who was sweet and welcoming and went beyond to make our stay nice.nnWith exception of Kourtney, the front desk lady on Mar 3, who was so cold it bordered on rude. Asked for breakfast, and had to stand there a while before she bothered looking up from her cellphone.nnShe made sure to show just how much of an inconvenience we were, interrupting her texting.
5/5nNice hotel. We were happy with the size of the room! Great customer service from the staff. The breakfast was pretty good.
