Every Thing was nice and lovely. All the stores was convenient. Customer service was great. Will be booking again.
Tried to stay on March 13th. Checked in around 8:30 and it was the loudest hotel I'd ever stayed at. By 10:00 I was asking neighbors to quieten down. Later called the front desk to handle it. Called the front desk a second time to handle the noise. Finally by 11:30 I left because we could not sleep due to the partying next door and the running and jumping above our room. My stay was a total of 3 hours and the manager refused to grant a refund although their employees couldn't get the people to quieten down. Their reply was that after midnight, they went around and everyone appeared to be asleep. Don't waste your time unless you want to gamble with $100.
Decent price, convenient location. Bed was a little hard for my liking but for 59 bucks a night, and a clean room I cannot complain.
This place feels like a ghetto. I stayed in about 5 different hotels over the course of a week & this was the worst. Overpriced, rude staff, filthy hotel room.nnThe office was bolted & you had to stand outside in the cold to talk through bullet proof glass. They also want to charge for the disposable tooth brush/paste that every other hotel provides for free.
First room had a fire alarm beeping. Quickly and easily switched to a new room. Both rooms were clean but aging. Strong cleaning/carpet powder scent.
