The room was as if somebody had just left it bugs crawling in the window on the inside. Only hand towels was there to use for a shower and definitely not enough but for two people and booking was for four. No remote for tv in the room. Really noisy outside of room. Definitely won’t be staying again

Traveling through Alabama from Missouri, stopped in Pelham for lunch. Suddenly a tornado warning. The owner let my mom and me ride out the tornado at his facility. If we would not have had him show us kindness, we may not have known where the tornado was and could have been the end of our trip. Thank you again for the safety.

The night manager Jay Patel was very rude. I was on my way to check in and placed my cigarette on a box on the wall, I realized that I had forgotten my mask in my car and was retrieving my cigarette then the manager comes out yelling don't touch that like a lunatic. This is where I usually stay when I'm in the area, now it will be Sleep Inn down at the next light. Its just as nice with nice staff

I haven't actually stayed at the hotel but I have made reservations for our employees, Jay, I think he is the manager, is always super helpful, friendly and accommodating. He makes everything so easy on my part!

no hot breakfast, no fresh towels, no extra pillows, no ice in icemaker, trash all over parking lot, clock radio in room didn't work,
