Great room! I showed up around 10pm on 4/03/2021 and the front desk attendant was very informative and friendly. The room was super clean and breakfast was pretty good, although it's weird the way they serve it since covid. Never let down by Hampton and a great price!
Nice hotel. We were happy with the size of the room! Great customer service from the staff. The breakfast was pretty good, too, and I enjoyed the fitness room. Our room seemed to always be a little cool, but the staff was eager to help us be as comfortable as possible. The plows were a little flatter than what I was used to. Other than that, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
Great location. Great staff and very professional. They made me feel welcome. I recommend it. Rooms are OK and clean.
The Hampton Inn Pelham the desk clerk was very professional! I would like to have seen the mask being worn by the staff. A lot of the customers didn't have on their face mask, And they was some that wore the face mask under their chin with children present!! Bad influence as a role model.
Always a great stay. It needs to be updated. It feels like I'm spending the night at grandma house.. For the amount of money spent on these rooms. It needs to be rejuvenated. Add a bar and small kitchen music. It's so drab even when you walk in. I guess there is no energy flowing.
