These people were very nice, it turned I canceled my reservation as I needed to be closer to the funeral home than the National Cemetery. They were very helpful I contacted them directly as opposed to Priceline and got a much better price!they were cordial when I had to make the cancellation, their understanding was very compassionate. Danny was the gentleman I did business with and he is an awesome customer service representative.
We love staying at Hampton in Calera on our way to Pensacola. Always nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great place to relax. Day manager is very friendly. COVID -19 enforced, safety #1 here. We will be back next year!
Took great lengths to ensure sanitized for COVID precautions, which is important during travel. Very comfortable rooms. I stayed a week while working in the area. Staff very friendly and professional. Provided a variety of breakfast foods every am and have a pantry for snacks. Plenty of restaurants close by too. I would stay here again if ever up this way.
Very clean and organized. We are still talking about how nice it was 2 hours after we checked out. The beds were comfy and so were the pillows. The towels even smelled clean and were soft. Highly recommended
Consistently a great stop on any journey. Brad and the entire staff runs this place with care and intentionality. Clean hotel. Delightful staff.
