Worst customer service ever! I went in to buy some toys that were buy 1 get 1 free on black friday and they were not ringing up that price. I asked the cashier/manager and she said those were not for that price. I told her I had bought some already at another store and even showed her the ad and she told me to go back to that store! Sherry is her name. Rudest person ever. Worst service I've experienced at CVS!

I just had probably the best service in over 20 years shopping at CVS at this Alabaster, AL location. The store manager went above and BEYOND to help me with a coupon I was having trouble with. I was VERY IMPRESSED.nTHANK YOU!

I've been coming to this CVS for about 20 years now. Always good service, always good sales and the pharmacy staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They make it very convenient to let me know when my prescriptions are ready, and which ones are ready. They will even remind me when it is time to fill one. And I get coupons every time.

CVS pharmacy is very helpful and if you go when they aren't as busy (ASK them when they'll be less busy and they'll be happy to help). I'm in and out with questions answered and hardly any wait time. Better prices, will check coupons and discount cards for you to compare prices. The store is OK. Needs more help and selections.
