Came in to your store to print pictures for a funeral for my mother . 2 out of 3 of your employees were extremely rude. My husband was watched as if he was a rioter, protester or thief. Will not use your store again and will make sure other people know your employees lack basic customer service skills. I suggest a job coach for some basic trainin .

We are at this pharmacy at least two times a week. The staff and especially the pharmacy are awesome with fast friendly service. When my wife calls for a refill they recognize her voice.nThey also caught a prescribed medication that contained sulfa She's allergic to sulfa so they saved her life!

This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Everyone in there was rude. I had scheduled an appointment for a vaccine. I arrived at my appointment time and the tech had no clue what I was talking about. I had to duplicate all paperwork. Waited 25 minutes and approached the pharmacist who was very rude. He said appointments mean nothing , and he wished they were not available online and pretty much that he ignored them. They made no attempt at customer service or making things right. I would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

I have always had a good, friendly experience when shopping at Walgreens. Pharmacy is usually busy but works hard at getting your prescriptions ready as soon as possible. I want accuracy over speed any day.

I just wanted to give the staff at this Walgreens location a big THANK YOU for being so hospitable during the horrible winter weather conditions that were experienced in the Pelham area on January 28, 2014.nnI was one of many, many people that took shelter in this Walgreens after having to abandon my vehicle on the icy roads. The staff never complained about us being there. At one point, they even started brewing coffee for us.nnThank you very much!!
