Me, my children, and my mom loved it. We got a great deal having a room with 2 queen beds. We paid the price of a 1 bed. Also there was a Nice lady at the front desk. Great service. Do recommend. We will be going back there.
If I could write this place with zero Stars I would, the room had a puddle of water right in front of the door when we woke up and the owners and managers said that that has never happened before when clearly it was coming in from the door. Not to mention the room right next door the floor was rotten because of water damage if anybody has children or elderly people do not stay here for their safety. Rooms were also not clean, hair was in the bathtub, it was very upsetting for what we paid for the room. The response we got from the owners or manager is its mother nature what are we supposed to do about that and also that it's okay it's not a problem that there's water in the floor of a hotel room that has linoleum flooring.
Staying here was a BIG Mistake. First driving to our room around the motel in back people working on a truck or just geeking from drugs. My wife was scared the whole time there we Even left early. Well the rooms were bad, but when I sit down in the bathroom there was no toilet paper WOW stranded over toilet bowl. Then got to looking around NO towels at all. My wife when to the office they sent two hand towels and two wash cloths, No bath towels so we when and purchase two so we could bath. Never again really bad experience.
Would've been 5 starsn... except for the permanent resident that knocks on everyone's door after 11pm... multiple times!nn... the fact the maid told me exactly who the guy is and even which room he is in shows that the staff already KNOWS anot this problem
The floor was dirty and not vacummed. There was baggies from peoples drug use under the bed, the walls had dirty hand prints on them. The sheets from the bed were on the dresser and I was not even sure if they were clean. I had to go request new ones.nThe lady at the front desk was nice though.
