Kings Inn

Room we got was a non smoking room. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. Looked like they MIGHT be trying to fix the venting system. The tv only had one working chanel. The hit water in the shower did not work but hot water in sink was good. The cold water in the shower would not shut off. The air conditioning was broken. Plus they charged us 90.00 and the other people in the next room also non smoking was only paying 60.00. When spoke to lady at desk she gets upset and says she didnt know and it's the only room available and she was NICE enough to rent a room to us. There was no new room, no discount, nothing but getting hostile. I have rented rooms from this place many times over past 14 years as I live out of state and we come home to visit family. I will never get a room there again. It has gone way down hill in past 2 yrs. I will be happy to pay plenty more for a nice room and every thing working and with soft towels and not the hard scratchy ones that's at this establishment.

Decent clean place nice bed no bugs comfortable furniture pretty colors downful Wi-Fi not good no microwave no coffee pot need a second lock on door feel more secure other then that it was alright worth 3 stars

We arrived at 2:30 a.m. &rented a room. The gentleman who came to the front desk was very polite & nice. We paid in cash,but they take credit cards as well. The only room available was on the 2nd floor,as.the motel was full. The steps were kind of scary ,as the rails were very loose. They definitely need to be repaired for safety's sake. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was a dresser & table with a mirror & office type chair,a night stand with a telephone ( it had a drawer). Wall mounted lamps were above each table/ dresser. There was no coffee maker or microwave,but there was a small refrigerator. Apparently,whomever cleans the room,had not looked in the fridge, because.there was a tall can of some kind of opened margarita drink in the fridge. I tossed it.I do not think the maid cleaned the room that day,because the ice bucket had dirt & hair on it & the night stand drawer had something.brown smeared in it. The bathroom was okay,but needed minor fixes. It had a mirror,sink,& tub. It came with several bars of soap & packets of shampoo & conditioner ( packs like ketchup packs,but larger). 2 rolls of toilet paper were provided. I would stay again,but I would bring me a can of disinfectant wipes. I would bring something to eat from a place ,since there was no microwave. It is fine for a short stay,feels.safe and the gentleman who works there is very nice. I would recommend it ,but not if you are the kind of person who wants new furniture - ultra modern. I personally don't worry about that. It is also at the edge of a busy freeway & at the edge of a.steip mall,with Ace Hardware,a Giatemalan grocery store,a Waffle House,A t- shirt shop and.a nail salon. It is close.to all sorts of stores and fast food places and a Chinese all you can eat , buffet,so it is very covienient.
