If you are thinking about taking your covid test here, think again! I took a test here 2 weeks ago and it never arrived at the lab. I contacted the lab and they have not received it. Thanks for nothing!
Slowwwwwwwww service. Calling this service slow is an Insult to slow service..my l last visit i was in line for 45 minutes, and no going inside doesn't speed things up..I've watched paint dry that's faster than the service here..well on the positive side it's better than the albertville location .
It's good it's great
Very unprofessional manager. Knew nothing about prices and products. Said she would call me when she got it figured out. NEVER heard from her. Went to huntsville and they were wonderful. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Guntersville needs new management that take pride in their job!
Wait time is very uncalled for and unreasonable for. Very rude staff. The staff does not ever know what is going on. Do not deserve 1 star!
