Came to town & chose this hotel to stay for family members funeral. Room was very clean & comfortable. Area was quiet. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Biggest issue we had was with room keycards letting us back into hotel from outside & also opening door to room. Other than that it was a nice experience.
The staff at the Hampton was so helpful and courteous. Super clean rooms and quiet.
Rooms are clean and decent. Stayed here more than once. My complaint is why do some rooms have a fridge and microwave and some don't. Price is the same either way. All rooms should have fridge and microwave if your charging one price
Came here with family from North Carolina to see my aunt and uncle renew their vows at the venue across the street. We were immediately greeted by two front desk clerks. They were friendly and courteous. We arrived to our room and was still awed by this hotel. The bed lining was fresh, and our room was stocked with our essentials. No one in our party smokes, but our room had a smoke stench. It was suppose to be non-smoking.
310 needs attention in the bathroom. It was clean but a.shower drip has ruined the wall. Water splashed out of the shower head constantly. Wash pressure was inconsistent. The hotel was short staffed.
