The pharmacy staff is incompetent... always a disappointment
Best pharmacy they are always very helpful an you can do more then fill your prescriptions
Had a horrible experience at this store, James ( the manager) refused to service me and used company policy as a reference. I read the policy, displayed and glued to the counter and what he referenced was not there. He refused to allow me to make my purchases, and I had extra care bucks expiring today. He was just awful, and being it was a holiday corporate was not open to hear my concern on-site. I have never ever been treated the way I was today at this store... and I am very very disappointed in this store and now the cvs brand. It’s shameful that people who do not treat customers equally are allowed to remain in service positions. I will be calling corporate to make my official complaint... and I will use the power o all social media and reference sites to document my complaints. Service date 3/26/18 @ 3 to 330pm. After further review I have discovered the manager is against couponed and has multiple complaints against him !!!! - beckley store 1414 Eisenhower drive, beckley, wv, 25801 - James ( manager)
