Have been using bypass for 5-6 years! Never had a complaint until the last few months. Customer service is terrible and this evening I’ve decided to move my family to another pharmacy. People should not set in drive thru for 30 minutes the when you finally get to the window the girl takes your name walks off and you set another 10 minutes and finally have to yell into the window and ask the girl if she ever going to get your medicine only for her to reply “oh yeah!”
