The staff are supper professional and Amazingly attentive...nThe rooms are nice ,clean, comfortable and very modern up to date...nSupper stay!!nWill definitely keep this in my wallet for further use.
Honestly wish I could leave a ZERO stars. Definitely do not RECOMMEND people staying here. NO HOT WATER, NO POOL, NO HOT TUB, NO ROOM SERVICE, the drain in our room didn't work at all! COULDNT even give MY babies a bath! Absolutely no way to get in contact with the Manger Michael Nolan. They wouldn't even give me a card to contact the manager. The employees working had no way to get in contact with the manager as well. What kind of hotel is this? Very dissatisfied. I travel a lot for work and can't believe the employees cant get a hold of management.
Always clean... extremely easy access from the interstate... front desk (Warren) was very friendly... and did I mention the most important thing...the lobby, rooms, and linen were very clean.
This Hotel was very nice. I did not get to the breakfast. But the room was nice and the bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft it made it Great to sleep.
We have stayed in a LOT of Holiday Inn Express locations all across the country and this is probably the nicest one we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very comfortable stay.
