This is our usual place to stay because of convenience. Would have given 5 stars except our room this time the beds were super uncomfortable. Popped ever time you moved. Sounds like metal underneath. The shower still had soaps from the last guests. Food not was not available for breakfast. The sheets were too small for the beds and continued to come off the beds. The view of AC units would not have been my first choice of room being a rewards member. Hopefully the next stay will be better because location is everything for this place. Super close and easy to get to.

Our stay was great! The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was very comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. I will definitely being staying with Hilton in the future.

Hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Breakfast was delicious! Staff was great! My problems were the shower curtain had black stuff all over it and the drain wouldn't drain great while in the shower. I was standing in at least a good 6 inches my whole shower. The bathroom had hair all over it, in the sink, on the counter in the bathroom and in the floor. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable. The pool was very nice and my kids loved it. Again the hotel and staff was great except for my room. Will maybe come back.

The room was clean and the hotel is nice. Loved the pool and hot tub. Had a king size bed and one of the rooms with the whirlpool tub and separate shower. My only complaint is there was flakes of mildew coming out of the jets in the tub. That made it hard to enjoy a relaxing bath. I got this room specifically for the whirlpool tub so it would be nice to not have to deal with mildew next time.

Really liked this hotel. It's in Suncrest and there are lots of great places to eat. Nice cheap weekend getaway.
