Really clean. Great staff. Great rates. This hotel has been here for a long time, but has been taken care of far better than places half their age. Looks to be recently remodeled and clean. The $30 pet fee is a bit excessive (especially since they don't provide a dog walk area or dog park), but if you don't have a dog, the rates are really good.
It was a very nice cozy hotel. It was pretty clean, besides my floor not being vacuumed and hair all in the bathroom... The location was great. Hotel staff was very friendly.nAnother negative was there was no breakfast like we were told there would be. I woke and went straight down to the breakfast only to find the room completely empty. So that was a bummer.

We stayed here while my father in-law was in Ruby following a stroke. We spent a few days here. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy. AC didn't work good at all, hadn't been cleaned in forever probably what's causing it to not function right. Aside from that room was fine. However, I payed for the first night and my mother in-law paid for the following. Front desk seemed to understand that my card was pay in full first night and room was to be transferred over to her following. Well, they charged my card for two nights AND charged her card for the second night... Called was told manager looking into it, no response. Still unable to get a returned phone call. The boys running the front desk keep saying we have them call you... Nothing.....
My stay this past week was absolutely disgraceful. My family and I have came here multiple times in the last year for my daughters appointments and always had a wonderful experience but after this past week we will never come here again. Our room was filthy, there was sticky stuff all over the dressers, the fridge and microwave was never cleaned, hair all over the bathroom, and dirt all over the floor. All of the employees were rude and when we asked to speak to Amy we were informed she was no longer there and the new manager wasn't available. Truly a shame, we will no longer be coming back to this hotel.
